Elevated error rate on German bank connections (15:14–16:02 UTC)
NextGenPSD2 endpoint at one German institution returned intermittent 503 responses. Affected ~4% of DE account data requests. BankLyra's retry logic mitigated impact for most requests. Root cause: bank-side maintenance window not announced in advance. Resolved at 16:02 UTC when institution restored service.
Webhook delivery delays (08:30–09:55 UTC)
Webhook event queue experienced a 10–25 minute delivery delay due to a database connection pool exhaustion event. All events were delivered; none were lost. Queue processing returned to normal at 09:55 UTC. We have since increased pool capacity and added alerting thresholds.
