Pricing questions

Each request to a data endpoint (/accounts, /transactions, /balances, /payments) counts as one API call. Authentication calls (/connect, token refresh) and webhook management endpoints are not counted.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Contact our team if you need help managing a transition.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Growth tier if you've had fewer than 10,000 API calls. The Sandbox tier is free forever for development and testing without a time limit.
To access production bank data in the UK, your company must hold FCA AISP authorisation (for account information) and/or PISP authorisation (for payment initiation), or be an Appointed Representative of an authorised firm. BankLyra operates under its own authorisation as a technical service provider; your application must independently satisfy regulatory requirements. We recommend consulting a regulatory specialist if you're unsure of your obligations.
BankLyra automatically retries failed bank requests and serves cached data where appropriate, indicated by a data_freshness field in the response. API calls that hit a degraded institution are not counted against your monthly quota. Monitor real-time bank status at banklyra.com/status.
